It’s dang hard to capture the actual color of these! They are PINK! Somewhere between watermelon and bubble gum 😂😂😂 These early bloomers are a sneak peak for our monthly flower subscribers for February. They typically bloom first then send out their leaves and can be grown as houseplants. I planted mine outside last summer and the bulbs got huge. Then when first frost hit the green died and I dug them up and put them in paper bags in my crawl space and potted them up about 6-8 weeks before I wanted blooms. (You could also just compost them when they’re done lol) I do have a few extra so if you are itching for something pretty this cold January, let me know.

Not an exciting picture unless you’re a crazy basement botanist like me. These are ranunculus and the right side was an experiment I did last season by digging up and storing the corms. They are huge compared to the corms I bought. Is anyone else having serious ranunculus fever right now? .

The vision board is one of my most useful tools. I love all that it symbolizes. Dreams. Desires. Goals. I can’t fit as much as I’d like on the poster so it forces me to weed out lesser wants and points me toward my true focus. All the other pieces that were runner ups get glued in my journal as prompts. It’s not really a New Years resolution but more of a North Star for the year. What are your hopes and goals for the new year?
